2. Scope of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) apply to the services provided by Gastro Management Kft. (hereinafter: Provider), with special regard to the free AI Website Audit service and newsletter subscription.

By using the service, you accept the provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the service.

3. Description of the Service

3.1 AI Website Audit

The AI Website Audit is a free, automated analysis service that examines restaurant and hospitality business websites based on 19 criteria across 5 pillars:

• AI discoverability (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini visibility)
• Technical SEO (page speed, mobile-friendliness, structure)
• Google reviews (score, quantity, response rate)
• Digital footprint (platform presence, consistency)
• Content quality (copy, images, freshness)

The audit report is sent to the provided email address, typically within 3 to 5 minutes after submitting the request.

3.2 Free of charge

The AI Website Audit service is completely free of charge, entails no payment obligations, and contains no hidden costs.

4. Conditions for using the Service

To use the service, you must:

• Provide a valid website URL (the website of the restaurant or hospitality business to be analysed)
• Provide a valid email address where the report can be delivered
• Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy
• Be authorised to use the provided email address

A maximum of one audit can be requested per website within 24 hours. The Provider reserves the right to refuse the request if it indicates abuse.

5. Newsletter and marketing communication

When requesting the audit, you can give your separate, voluntary consent for the Provider to send a newsletter and marketing content to your provided email address.

This consent:

• Is not mandatory for using the audit service
• Can be withdrawn at any time without restriction
• Can be withdrawn by clicking the unsubscribe link found in every newsletter, or by sending a request to info@gastromanagement.hu

Legal basis: your voluntary, explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

6. Intellectual property

All content, text, graphics, logos, brand elements, and software found on the Provider's website and in the audit reports are the intellectual property of Gastro Management Kft. and are protected by copyright.

You may freely use the received audit report for your own business purposes, but you may not sell, distribute, or publish it to third parties without the Provider's prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The AI Website Audit contains general recommendations and analysis results that do not constitute professional advice. The Provider does not guarantee that implementing the audit's recommendations will lead to specific business results.

The Provider assumes no liability for:

• Business decisions made based on the audit results
• Delayed delivery resulting from technical issues
• Problems arising from incorrect or invalid data provided by you
• Malfunctions of third-party services (e.g. Google, AI search engines)

The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

8. Data processing

The Provider processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian laws.

9. Modification of the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. The modified Terms take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any legal disputes arising from them are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will primarily attempt to reach an amicable settlement. If this is unsuccessful, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian court based on the Provider's registered office.
